“The passing game was played very well, the O-line picked up some blitzes and the receivers did their job,” Sentinels coach Rex Bowser said.
Sieczkowski helped the Sentinels take the early lead, throwing for two touchdowns in the first quarter. Seton built a 22-0 lead.
The Sentinel defense limited Sinagua to 91 passing yards and picked off two passes. Sinagua had 143 yards rushing.
Sieczkowski sat down for the rest of the night after he lasered a 59-yard TD pass to Kyle Johnson -- his fourth TD pass of the game – in the third quarter.
Despite the blowout, Bowser believes there’s room for improvement after the Sentinels racked up 85 yards in penalties. “We can’t expect perfection, but we made some boneheaded mistakes,” he said.
